Samra, Estonia,

“Before joining the Balanced Program, I had a deeply unhealthy relationship with food. I felt lost in the cycle of dieting and emotional eating, constantly battling guilt and frustration.

I was hesitant to join because I had tried so many programs and diets before, and I was worried that this would be just another thing that didn’t work for me. Since joining the program my mindset has shifted completely. I now understand that food isn’t the enemy, and I don’t need to deprive myself to feel good in my body. I’ve learned to approach eating in a more balanced, compassionate way.
The most valuable thing is the personalized, one-on-one support with Ana was truly invaluable. Her deep insight and thoughtful guidance helped me see my habits and mindset in a new light, providing me with the tailored advice I needed to make lasting changes.
The most important outcome for me has been learning to eat mindfully. I now focus on being present while eating, savoring my meals, and avoiding mindless habits like eating while distracted or stressed.
I now feel empowered to make mindful, balanced choices without feeling controlled by cravings or guilt. I can enjoy food without the fear of losing control, and I feel confident in my ability to maintain a healthier relationship with food for the long term.
During our coaching sessions and in between, the support was nothing short of incredible. Ana was always available to provide encouragement, answer my questions, and help me stay on track, making me feel supported and understood every step of the way.
If I look at the most important outcome, for me, the most important outcome has been losing weight in a way that feels sustainable and freeing. I no longer feel the need to deprive myself or follow strict diets to see results; I’ve learned that I can be kind to myself and still achieve my goals.
I would tell anyone considering joining to take the leap. This program is unlike any other—it’s not about short-term fixes or deprivation. It’s about transforming your relationship with food and yourself in a way that is compassionate, sustainable, and empowering. You won’t regret it.”
