Plan your meals if you want to avoid a binge

When you are trying to end emotional eating, I firmly believe in order to avoid a binge you need to include all your favourite meals in your daily life.

Otherwise, the binge on those particular foods is just waiting for your moment of weakness.

If you don’t plan your meals + treats you will always make decisions on the go, from a reactive place and that’s causing the weight gain.

Try making your food choices on purpose with a plan instead of reactively in the moment when you may be feeling tired, stressed.

Why?

So much of these “bad foods” that you binge on, have never been planned because you convinced yourself that they can’t be around you, you convinced yourself that weight loss is not possible with these foods.
