How I Stopped Binge Eating?
After 15 years of being in the restrict-binge cycle, I had decided enough was enough.
Living on a diet plan but then bingeing 3000 calories in one day was not the way I planned to heal my relationship with food.
I had to do things differently because obviously dieting was not the solution. Exercising 3h a day was not the solution. Cutting food groups, counting points, weighing, measuring my food was also not the solution.
These behaviours always led to more bingeing, more food obsessions and more feeling out of control around food.
